Screaming Trees - amerykański zespół rockowy z nurtu określanego na początku lat 90. XX wieku mianem grunge. Zespół powstał w 1985 roku w Ellensburgu w stanie Waszyngton.
Ich brzmienie łączyło w sobie psychodelię rodem z lat 60 XX wieku i punk rock z zachodniego wybrzeża USA. Zespół nigdy nie osiągnął statusu gwiazdy mimo bardzo przychylnych opinii krytyków muzycznych. Rozpadł się po zakończeniu trasy koncertowej do ostatniej płyty studyjnej Dust wydanej w 1996 roku. Przyczyną było zarówno komercyjne niepowodzenie albumów jak i poboczne projekty członków zespołu, a także ich kariery solowe.

One of New Zealand's top ska bands, and certainly the longest-established, The Screaming Orgasms were formed in 1991 at the International Pacific College in Palmerston North. Masaya Hori was the founder of the band, playing melodica and sax, and composing several songs.
