Local Resident Failure jest australijskim zespołem grającym skate punk, melodyjny hardcore. Zostali utworzeni w 2007 roku w Newcastle, w duchu punk rocka z lat 90-tych. Grali z między innymi No Use For a Name, Grinspoon, Strung Out czy After the Fall. Wydali trzy EP'ki, włączając w to album na żywo. Kwietniem 2010 roku ma ukazać ich kolejne nagranie. The Failures is a Dutch punk / hardcore band formed in Aalten, The Netherlands in 2001. After about a year the drummer left the band and got replaced by Niek ter Horst. In 2008 Wouter Nijmand decided it was time for him to leave and he got replaced by Maarten ten Barge. Around this time, Rens Eijsink joined the band to play the rhodes piano and hammond organ. Formed in the Winter of 2006 Failures is an East Coast Hardcore supergroup featuring past/current members of Das Oath, Orchid, Ampere, Cut the Shit, Cancer Kids, Charles Bronson etc etc etc. They have played a handful of shows around the East Coast & Midwest and released a debut 14 song vinyl only album as a split venture of singer Mark McCoy's Youth Attack! records & guitarist Will Dandy's Clean Plate records in 2008.
