There are several bands with the name Speedking: 1. Mid-90's post-punk band based out of Brooklyn NY. Speedking were known for their heavy, rattling low-end, skronked out guitars, and electronic experimentation. They released a series of 7"s and splits before disbanding, mostly recorded with Bob Weston, as well as sharing the stage with Shellac, June of 44, and others.
