Dezire released their first album Gryź! (“Bite!”) in 2001, which was the first soul/rhythm and blues album released in Poland. Since then, they've gone through many changes. In 2005, Ania Rusowicz (daughter of singer Ada Rusowicz) joined Maja Studzińska (band founder) and 4 musicians, instead of Karolina Stelmasiak. Dezire returned with a new album called Pięć Smaków (“Five Flavors”) the same year. Nowadays, Dezire consists of six, young people: Maja & Ania (vocals), Bartek (keys), Kosa (guitar), Burza (bass guitar) and Hubert (percussion). We formed MEZIRE in 1995 as a Dark Electro Band. During the first years, we published several albums in this style ("Promo 1996", Hardware", "Collector", "Induction"). Through the years, we evolved our sound more and more to Industrial. These new influences become apparent on "95 - 99", a kind of Best Of. With our last album, "Reanimate", released in 2004, we achieved a perfect symbiosis between Power Electronics/Industrial and Dark Electro.
