Mason Durell Betha (born August 27, 1975),[1] better known by stage name Mase (often typeset as Ma$e) who was previously known as Murda Ma$e, is an American rapper, songwriter, actor and inspirational speaker. He was an artist on Sean "Diddy" Combs's hip hop label Bad Boy Records. There are atleast two artists named Dione: 1) Dione a.k.a. Erik Ypma started DJ'ing at the end of the 80's at a youth centre. He organized parties at Bubbles in Lelystad and started a radio program at a local station. His first productions were released at Rams Horn Records/5th Gear and appeared on over 50 cd's. His (award-winning) radioshow, "Hakkuh" at New Dance Radio, became Holland's most populair hardcore programme. The Josh Dion Band is a musical group based out of New York City led by singer/drummer/songwriter Josh Dion. It is rounded out by Sarah Versprille (vocals), Pat Firth (keyboard), Brian Killeen (bass) and Dan Hindman (guitar). Their new album, "Anthems For The Long Distance" is due out on May 2nd of 2008.
