Team Facelift is an American rap group based in New York and signed to Duck Down Records.

The group was founded in 2004 and currently consists of its original members, three MC's Machine, The Fat Jew, Alden Fonda, and one producer, Tommy Mas. The four members are half-brothers, they share the same father but each have a different mother. Their sound was described by the New York Post as "a cross between Barbra Streisand and The Wu-Tang Clan".

They first gained national attention when headlining MTV's "52/52" campaign featuring artists during short commercial spots in-between programming. Team Facelift was the only group to appear that was unsigned.

Team Facelift are known for their bizarre stage theatrics and antics, such as the use of pyrotechnics and live animals (particularly doves.) The Fat Jew is famous for his on-stage nudity, often performing in nothing but a thong and construction boots. The band has also been widely discussed for their often unrealistic and exotic demands from club promoters and sponsors, including horses and chariots, bronze statues of themselves, and hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of cold cuts.

Their first album "Mixed Emotions" was released in December 2006 on their independent imprint, Facelift Records, and their newest project, currently untitled, will be released in the Spring of 2010 on Duck Down Records and will be executive produced by renowned remixer, producer and DJ, Junior Sanchez .
