TRANSTIC NERVE was founded in 1995 in the town of Himeji, with the starting lineup of Taka on vocals, Masato and Tao on guitars, Ryo on bass and Masaki on drums. Coming out of the late eighties garage-rock revival scene of New York City, The Optic Nerve are something of a wonderful enigma.
