Initiated in 1996 by Macromedia Director wizard Grégory Pignot, the multimedia entity Servovalve oscillates between audio abstractions, computer designed hallucinations, random research and minimalist design experimentations. In 2002 Alia Daval joined the project. .

THE VALVES いくつかのバンドが混在してしまっているので、日本のTHE VALVESについて書きます。 以下オフィシャルサイトより転載。 2010年12月、鍛治 毅（ex.THE RODEO CARBURETTOR）を中心にTHE VALVES始動。 2011年2月、初ライブをスタジオライブという独自の形で行い、 音源リリース前にも関わらず初ライブチケットはSOLD OUT。 現在も「HEAD ROCK meeting」と題し、不定期的にスタジオライブを決行し、 「HEAD ROCK meeting BOOK」という電子書籍をコンスタントに配信。 2011年6月9日、自主レーベル「ROYAL KLAXON（ロイヤルクラクション）」より、 THE VALVES 1st Full Album『FEED BACK CLUB』リリース。 新人ながら日本最大級のライブショーケース「MINAMI WHEEL 2011」に出演。 2012年12月5日に2nd Full Album『ALBIONTIQUE』リリース。 ベースレス３ピースバンドという独特なスタイルを確立し、 圧倒的な熱量のライブパフォーマンスは多方面から絶大な支持を得ている。 2014年5月、ヨーロッパ、ドイツを中心に展開されるライブビューイング「Actwitness」で世界デビューを果たす。 2014年8月、新劇場版「頭文字D」Legend1-覚醒- の挿入歌に「GALAVANIZE」で決定。 2015年5月、前作に引き続き、新劇場版「頭文字D」Legend2 -闘走- の挿入歌に「NO MATTER」が決定。 2015年8月、映画「頭文字D」挿入歌「NO MATTER」「GALAVANIZE」を含む 全4曲入りシングルEPをライブハウス完全限定でリリース。 2015年10月1日、3rd Full Album『ROAR OFF』のリリースが決定。 「テレキャスが切り裂く黒く光る轟音」 .

Pistol Valve (ピストルバルブ) was formed in Tokyo on October 2005 by 10 Japanese girls whose average age was 20.
