Frühstück (pronouced 'froosh-tuk', which loosely translates to 'breakfast') was formed in 1997 by Martijn Krale (vocals), Wojtek Karel (bass), Tomek Kuzbik (drums), and Piotr Karel (guitars). After winning a National Festival contest in 1999, they piqued the curiosity of Studio DR, a small Polish indie label. They came out with 'Mine', their debut album in late 2000. Since then, they've come out with 'Muza' (and supported the album with a tour that carried them across the ocean to the Sonshine music festival in 2003). In April, 2005, they released their third album, an EP entitled 'Mud'. .
