Simons è un progetto ElectroPop nato da quattro ragazzi di Modena: Leo (voce), Bonno (chitarra), Gugo (basso), Pix (synth). Nel 2010 inizia la collaborazione con Marco Bertoni produttore e musicista bolognese che delinea il sound moderno, elettronico ed europeo della band. Dopo un anno di live in giro per l’Italia, (Bologna, Modena, Roma, Parma, Mantova) e dopo aver partecipato a Radio Bruno Estate (P.zza Grande Modena) e al Festival di Castrocaro, i ragazzi si chiudono in studio per tutto il 2012 per registrare il primo EP sotto la supervisione di Marco Stanzani, del manager Massimo Bettalico e della Mi.Ro Produzioni....

Inspired by a vast variety of artists, from Brian Wilson to Stevie Wonder, singer/songwriter/pianist Matt Simons pushes himself to grow beyond those influences to find his own voice and create his own sound.
