Neal Schon (Tinker Air Force Base, 27 febbraio 1954) è un chitarrista statunitense. È il chitarrista del gruppo musicale Journey. In passato ha militato anche nei Bad English e negli Hardline. Divenne noto al grande pubblico già durante gli anni '70, come secondo chitarrista di Carlos Santana ('71-'72) all'età di appena 16 anni. Sua moglie è la sorella di Johnny e Joey Gioeli degli Hardline. .
