Patrick Joseph Cowley (Buffalo, 19 ottobre 1950 – San Francisco, 12 novembre 1982) è stato un musicista statunitense attivo nel settore della musica "disco" e "dance". Compositore, arrangiatore, produttore e interprete di pezzi quali "Menergy", "Lift Off", "Thank God For Music", "Tech-No-Logical World" e "Goin' Home" (solo per menzionare alcuni dei suoi grandi "riempipista" del principio degli anni ottanta), Cowley viene unanimemente considerato come il pioniere della musica elettronica da discoteca ("Elettronic Dance Sound") e anche uno dei precursori di quella "High-Energy" ("Hi-NRG").

Patrick Wayne Swayze (Houston, 18 agosto 1952 – Los Angeles, 14 settembre 2009) è stato un attore, cantante e ballerino statunitense.
È divenuto celebre grazie alle sue interpretazioni in film quali Dirty Dancing (1987), per il quale scrisse e compose la canzone She's Like the Wind, Il duro del Road House (1989), Ghost - Fantasma (1990), Black Dog (1998) e Donnie Darko (2001). È anche famoso per la mini-serie televisiva Nord e Sud.
Figlio del coreografo Jessie Wayne Swayze e di Patsy Yvonne Helen Karnes, proprietaria di una scuola di ballo, Patrick Wayne Swayze nasce a Houston, in Texas.

Patrick Juvet (born August 21, 1950, in Montreux, Switzerland) is a former model turned singer-songwriter, with a string of hit records in France.
In Saint-Tropez he met Eddie Barclay who allowed him to record a first single in 1971. He wrote Le Lundi au soleil sang by Claude François.
