Julieta Venegas Percevault (Longbeach, California, Stati Uniti d'America - 24 novembre 1970) è una popolare cantante messicana. Negli ultimi anni della sua relativamente lunga carriera musicale, è riuscita ad affermarsi come una delle più conosciute ed apprezzate cantautrici pop/rock latinoamericane.
Nata negli Stati Uniti, ha però vissuto tutta la sua infanzia a Tijuana, nella Bassa California in Messico. Ad otto anni inizia a studiare pianoforte classico e quindi violoncello presso la Scuola di Musica del Nordovest di Tijuana.
La sua prima esperienza di musica leggera è nel gruppo reggae/ska Chantaje, che poi prenderà il nome di Tijuana no.
