There are more than one band with the name Cheap Thrills. 1) producer from chicago 2) A defunct 3 piece 70's punk rock band form Tallahassee, FL including members of The Transfusions and Chicago Glam Rock band Mickey. 3) a German Hardcore Band playing old school NYHC inspired hardcore with a modern twist. They've released a demo in 2004, the We're All Broken MCD in 2005 and their self-titled debut album in 2007. 4) an all girl, rock and roll punk band, originated from Leiden, the Netherlands. 5) a US based "blue-collarstyle" rock band. .
I Cheap Trick sono un gruppo hard rock statunitense formatosi nel 1974. Il chitarrista Rick Nielsen inizia a suonare la chitarra in varie band di Rockford insieme al concittadino Tom Petersson. Con una di queste, i Fuse, arrivano anche ad incidere un disco nel 1968, le cui vendite però non sono incoraggianti. The Cheapskates formed in Pembrokeshire, West Wales in 1998, and finally became a six-piece in 2000, after a few line-up changes. Crumb and his Cheap Suit Serenaders are an American retro string band playing songs from, and in the style of, the 1920s: old-time music, ragtime, "evergreen" jazz standards, western swing, country blues, hokum, vaudeville and medicine show tunes.
