Ludovic Bource is a French composer/arranger famous for his successful musical relationship with critically acclaimed director Michel Hazanavicius. After starting his career scoring various commercials, he moved onto creating soundtracks for the short films En Attendant, Sirene Song, and Spartacus, and producing albums for the likes of French hip-hop trio Svinkels (Bois Mes Paroles), folk-pop chanteuse Little (Rose Bonbon) and Gallic rock vocalist Alain Bashung (L'imprudence), before re-teaming with Hazanavicius (whom he'd also previously collaborated with on 1999's Mes Amis), for the 2006 espionage comedy OSS 117: Le Caire Nid d'Espions and its 2009 follow-up Rio Ne Repond Plus. French Dj and producer, Ludovic Vendi is a musician at heart. He has been cultivating his passion for music since childhood, having learnt to play and develop his talent with several instruments. After parting ways with his rock band, he set about making an eclectic range of music, from movie-soundtracks, through deep house, all the way to techno. Born in 1978, Ludovic Beier learned the accordion from his father and benefits from being part of a musical family. He was brought up in the French tradition of the instrument and turned to jazz a few years ago. He has a spirited, adventurous style which strays into all kinds of byways. Count Ludovico Roncalli (1654-1713), or simply Count Ludovico, was an Italian nobleman who published a collection of suites for five-course baroque guitar, Capricci armonici sopra la chitarra spagnola ("Harmonic caprices for the Spanish guitar"), in 1692. This was transcribed to modern notation and arranged for the six-string guitar by Oscar Chilesotti in 1881.
