David Saulesco | it

David Michael Saulesco (born February 5, 1985) is a composer, songwriter and musician from Stockholm, Sweden who works in many different genres, spanning the range from epic symphonic metal, acoustic pop, contemporary classical music to sacred choral music. He has studied composition for, most notably, the world-famous Swedish composer Jan Sandström since 2007 at the College of Music in Piteå. He is also a top line writer for the songwriting team Deptoson Music. He has a website at www.saulesco.se.

He gained some recognition in the indie gaming community by writing music to games by Derek Yu, such as Eternal Daughter and Mean Cuisine. Recently, he has worked closely with Swedish youth choirs performing several of his pieces. He has contributed regularly to Josh Whelchel's Indie Music Cancer Drive since 2009. He also leads a pop music project called The Saulesco Quartet, occasionally conducts vocal ensembles and semi-regularly writes about video game music. .
