There are five bands named Memorial: 1. Emo/Post-Hardcore/Grunge band from Curitiba, Brazil. They've released their debut album Angústias Trazidas Para Casa on February 2nd, 2016. You can listen to it on https://memorialcwb.bandcamp.com/ 2. Renee Heartfelt Pete Appleby's new band http://www.myspace.com/memorialband Culled from the remains of Renee Heartfelt, Memorial is probaby the best post-hardcore band you’ve never heard. (Word has it it’s because of legal issues with RH’s old label.) To the devoted, frontman Pete Appleby is the second coming of Walter Schreifels. Pin that on Appleby’s pre-Memorial outfit perfectly aping Quicksand’s pioneering post-’core steaz. Since then, however, Appleby and crew...
http://www.battleofbritainmemorial.com Battle of Britain Memorial was founded in April 2009 in Toulouse, France, by the will of three friends (Paul, guitars ; Ludo, voice ; and Vincent, drums) who simply wanted to play some music together. Led by mutual influences, from post-rock (Mogwai, Explosions in the Sky…) to screamo (Envy, Impure Wilhelmina…) and post-hardcore (Neurosis, Cult of Luna…), the band established a live set and did its first concert in May 2010. BOBM performed several gigs near Toulouse in 2010, with bands...

The Billy Tipton Memorial Saxophone Quartet (now known as The Tiptons Sax Quartet) is an all-female, jazz saxophone quartet from Seattle, Washington. They actually consist of five members (the fifth member being the quartet's drummer and percussionist). The name of the quartet was inspired by Billy Tipton, a jazz saxophonist, who upon his death was revealed to be anatomically female. Formed in 1988, they have toured frequently in North America and Europe, collaborated with Pat Graney Dance Company, taught workshops on improvisation and composition, and have recorded eight CDs. .
There are at least two bands with the name "Memorials." 1.) Memorials are a new band, with a blend of heavy riffs and beautiful melodies in vein of The Carrier and Killing The Dream, obviously with their own twist on it all. Unique vocals, spectacular lyrics (rough English translations on their myspace) with expert instrument work makes Memorials a band to keep your eye on in the near future. They show boundless passion and spectacular potential, expect to be hearing a lot more from Memorials soon as they are in the works of recording a 7" EP to be released...
