Nero is the founder and song writer for the harsh-electronic metal project Psyclon Nine. Atrum Artifex is a dark ambient project inspired by his dreams, nightmares and night terrors (which are often prophetic). It is also meant to be a fundamental tool in the ritual of Astral projection. A full length album is in the works but there are no current plans for release. Until then all tracks will be available for free download on the Atrum Artifex myspace. Formed in 2007 in Oulu, Finland, Atrum Tempestas is a stormy, yet tranquil trip into atmospheric black metal, drawing influences from styles like funeral doom and post-rock. Artifex Pereo is an experimental rock band formed in 2009 from Louisville, Kentucky. The group self-produced, engineered, and released their debut EP "Am I Invisible" in the summer of 2009. The band toured heavily in support of the EP before releasing their debut full length "Ailments & Antidotes" with producer Kris Crummett in the summer of 2011.
