Neu Gestalt is the recording name of Les Scott, an ambient, electronica and experimental artist from Edinburgh, Scotland. His first album "Altered Carbon" was released in 2009. This is downtempo electronica with darkish moods. His second album "Weightless Hours" was released in 2012. This sees a more electroacoustic direction. A third album "Inside The Rain Chamber" is scheduled for release in Autumn 2014. This will see a return to a more electronic sound where Bladerunner-like moods and Hassell-like washes mix with fragments of an unknown oriental language.
