Lone Catalysts are a hip-hop duo from Pittsburgh and Cincinnati consisting of producer J. Rawls and MC J. Sands. They made their debut in 2001 with their album Hip Hop and have since released three other albums, The Catalysts Files (2002, an album of B-sides and unreleased songs), Good Music (2005), and Square Binizz (2008). .
