HOER is an industrial metal band from Gemert, the Netherlands, formed by ex-members of the band Delirious, Walter Donkers and Marco Verbruggen. Their first demo tape "Dawn" was recorded in 1993. Albums to date include "Lost" and "TV-Nation". Line-up: Piet Snijders (vocals and programming), Walter Donkers (guitar and programming), Marco Verbruggen (bass), Bart van der Staak (keyboards and programming) .
