Il Volo is either a) a contemporary Italian vocal trio (biography below) b) an Italian prog-rock supergroup that released two albums in the 1970s, "Il Volo" (1974) & "Essere o non essere?" (1975) Il Volo (Italy, 2009). In May 2009, three fresh-faced teenagers, Piero Barone (23), Ignazio Boschetto (22), and Gianluca Ginoble (21), appeared on the popular Italian talent show “Ti Lascio Una Canzone” and dazzled television viewers with their flawless rendition of the Neapolitan standard “O Sole Mio.” The boys, who won the competition easily, decided their group needed a name. “Il Volo,” meaning “flight,” was chosen to signify...

Agnivolok is a dark folk side-project of Chaos As Shelter members which was formed by Vera Shapiro (from Jerusalem) and Vadim Gusis (from Rehovot) in 1998 in Jerusalem, Israel. Vocalist Vera plays guitar and writes the lyrics. Vadim plays various musical instruments and does the arrangements. Two other members of Agnivolok taking part in the recordings are Shurik Weits and Igor Krutogolov, an avant-garde musician leading his project Kruzenshtern & Parohod and also playing in the experimental dark ambient act Crossfishes. http://www.myspace.com/agnivolok .

Zavoloka is a stage name of Kateryna Zavoloka - Ukrainian sound artist, experimental electronic music composer, performer and graphic designer from Kyiv, Ukraine, currently based in Vienna, Austria.
