Akcent est un groupe composé de 4 garçons : Adrian Claudiu Sana, Mihai Gruia, Sorin Ştefan Brotnei et Marius Nedelcu.
Lorsque le groupe a été constitué en 1999, il était composé uniquement d'Adrian Claudiu Sana et de Ramona Barta, une autre chanteuse roumaine. Aujourd'hui, Ramona Barta et Marius Nedelcu ont quitté le groupe et ils sont restes 3.
