FUNKY MONKEY BABYS (ファンキー・モンキー・ベイビーズ) was a Japanese hip-hop trio under the Dreamusic label. The group was formed in 2004.
In 2012, the group announced their disbandment after their nation-wide tour in 2013. The decision was made because DJ CHEMICAL started preparing to become the chief priest at a temple and won't have time to continue his musical activities.

FUNKIST (Fankisuto) was established in 2001. Their band includes vocals, two guitars, bass, drums, percussion, and flute piece. The band consists of seven members. Currently signed under Pony Canyon. Their members are Someya Saigou (染谷西郷), Miyata Yasuharu (宮田泰治), Yoshiro (ヨシロウ), Kasugai (春日井陽子), JOTARO, Ogachi (オガチ) and 住職. .

1. 'Junko' is the solo nome de plume for Junko Hiroshige, who is also vocalist/instrumentalist for the seminal Japanese noise band Hijokaidan. Junko's solo and collaborative work is characterised by her distinctive high pitched, screaming voice. Junko has released a handful of records under her own name. These include Sleeping Beauty (2002), a solo project that showcases Junko's voice a cappella, with no accompanying instrumentation. In 2004, she released a collaborative album with noise artist Mattin, called Pinknoise.
2. 'Junko' is an alias of Indonesian DJ Winky Wiryawan, he had released some tracks like "Tokyo"...
Stony Skunk (스토니 스컹크) is a Reggae & Hiphop duo under YG Entertainment. Though they usually perform in "underground" venues, they also appear in commercial musical festivals and stages.
Skull had been performing for several years as a solo artist before being joined by S-kush to form a duo. They released their first album "1st Best Seller", a hiphop & reggae album. The duo reportedly seeked producer Yang Hyun Suk's (who is also the CEO of YG Entertainment) assistance for their second album RAGGA MUFFIN. Their newest and consequently 3rd album is called SKUNK RIDDIM. .
