The Partisans est un groupe de punk rock formé à Bridgend (Pays de Galles) en1978.
La formation originale était composé de Phil Stanton (V), Rob "Spike" Harrington (G+V), Andy Lealand (G), Mark "Shark" Harris (D), et Mark "Savage "Parsons (B). Parsons et Stanton quittèrent le groupe en 1979.Spike reprit le chant et Louise Wright devint la bassiste.
