Silver Forest is a Japanese doujin music circle which mostly produced arranges and remixes of music from the Touhou series. The group disbanded in May 2012, but became active again since comiket 85.

Carpathian Forest est un groupe norvégien de black metal qualifié de Misanthropic Black metal par celui-ci.
Il fut fondé en 1990 par Nattefrost. Le groupe affiche une image provocante et s'est toujours attiré les foudres de nombreux mouvements qu'ils soient catholiques ou féministes. Les thèmes abordés dans leurs albums sont plutôt classiques : satanisme, anti-Christianisme ou dépravation sexuelle. L'ambiance créée varie dans chacun d'eux. Si les premiers albums sont résolument portés sur une atmosphère noire et mélancolique, les suivants sont plus rapides et dotés d'une énergie punk.

Druadan Forest is a project of Kalma aka v-KhaoZ aka VRTX (Ville Pallonen), former drummer of the finnish black metal band Azaghal. It plays ambient/black metal inspired by J.R.R. Tolkien work, in a way similar to Summoning and Valar. The band has released three demos between '98 and '99 and then disappeared together with Kalma himself after his departure from Azaghal. .
