The Beatstalkers were a Glasgow based Scottish group. Sometimes referred to as the "Scottish Beatles" they had a short run with some success in Scotland during the second half of the 1960s. However, unable to translate that success to the English scene they decided to disband after their van was stolen with at lot of their musical equipment. The Beatstalkers did a reunion concert in 2005 at Glasgow. .
