C-Clamp is a duo from Chicago consisting of Tom Fitzgerald (guitar, vocals, keys) and Nick Macri (bass, vocals, percussion) accompanied by drummer Frantz Etienne. Longer Waves finds C-Clamp, once again, back in King Size Sound Labs in Chicago under the benevolent dictatorship of Meander + Return engineer Dave Trumfio (full time Pulsar, sometimes Mekon, and eternal engineer to the likes of Wilco and Tsunami). Shirley Natasja Clamp (born 17 February 1973 in Borås, Sweden) is a Swedish pop singer. She has competed four times in Melodifestivalen, the Swedish preselection for the Eurovision Song Contest. She failed to make the finals in 2003 with Mr Memory, finished second in 2004 with Min kärlek, and finished fourth in 2005 with Att älska dig.
