There are at least five artists with the name Comet : 1) Formed in Mesquite, Texas by Jim Stone, Daniel Huffman and Josh Garza in 1993. Jim's brother Neil joined a little bit later. Comet released a 7", 10" and later, a full length recording on Dedicated records (Spacemen 3 , Spiritualized ).
