Découvert il y a déjà trois ans grâce à Myspace, on se contentait depuis de quelques mp3 piochés à droite à gauche en désespérant de tenir un jour un véritable album entre les mains. Il aura donc fallu trois longues années et la signature chez A&M/Octone Records (filliale d'Universal, qui a décidément main mise sur toute l'industrie du disque) pour que ce debut-album voit le jour. Hollywood Vampires is an American rock supergroup formed in 2015 by Alice Cooper, Johnny Depp and Joe Perry to honor the music of the rock stars who died from excess in the 1970s. The band name derives from The Hollywood Vampires, a celebrity drinking club formed by Cooper in the 1970s whose members included Ringo Starr and Keith Moon of The Who. The Hollywood Flames was an American RnB group formed in 1949 out of the Watts section of Los Angeles. The original members included Bobby Byrd (lead), Bobby Byrd also know as "Bobby Day" famous for his bg hit "Rockin Robin" David Ford, Curlee Dickins and Willie Ray Rockwell. The group was later joined by Earl Nelson, who sang lead for the group's biggest hit 'Buzz, Buzz, Buzz' which was released in 1957 on the EBB Records label. .
