Grotesque, formed in the summer of 2004 with the intention of creating a brutal array of modern death metal, that spawned its first manifestation in November of 2007, entitled "Museum of Human Disease" the debut album was refreshingly new to the small but talented city of Perth, where the band is based, since its inception in 2004 the band has had many achievements noteworthy, Grotesque have played alongside great bands such as: Psycroptic, Nile, Dismember, Cannibal Corpse, Decapitated, Carcass, Suffocation....a national support slot with Kataklysm and their own headlining Indonesian tour.....at the very least, Grotesque have proven themselves a force...

THE GROTESQUERY was recently formed in early 2009, when musician ROGGA JOHANSSON {PAGANIZER, RIBSPEADER, DEMIURG, BONE GNAWER, & others...} and vocalist KAM LEE {BONE GNAWER - formerly of bands: MANTAS/DEATH, MASSACRE, DENIAL FIEND} started talking just after finishing up work on their Horror/Gore Death Metal band BONE GNAWER's debut album.
