Format est l'un des innombrables pseudonymes du hollandais Orlando Voorn, producteur d'une Techno généralement orientée Club, mais sans oublier finesse et originalité. 3 EP's sont sortis au début des 90's sur le fameux label ESP Records, et font référence dans ce qu'on appelle maintenant la Rétro. .
