Kodaline est un groupe irlandais, composé de 4 membres : Steven Garrigan (chant), Vinny May (percussions), Jason Boland (basse) et Mark Prendergast (guitare).
1996 : Steven Garrigan (chanteur) et Mark Prendergast (guitariste) se rencontrent à la chorale de leur école à Swords, dans la banlieue nord de Dublin.
2002 : Ils rencontrent Vinny May Jr (batteur) et commencent à faire de la musique ensemble.
2011 : Steven, Mark et Vinny forment Kodaline.
2012 : Le bassiste Jason Boland rejoint le groupe. Ils font les premières parties des Cranberries sur leur tournée européenne et sortent leur premier EP éponyme.
