Jimmy Eat World est un groupe de rock alternatif/emo Americain originaire de Mesa (Arizona), formé en 1993. Le chanteur/guitariste Jim Adkins et le batteur Zach Lind, amis depuis le jardin d'enfants, ont rejoint le guitariste Tom Linton et le bassiste Mitch Porter pour s'essayer à la musique. À leurs tout début, le groupe imitait le style de certains groupes punk-rocks et enregistra trois singles et un album sur le label local Wooden Blue Records. Le nom Jimmy Eat World n'est pas en référence au chanteur Jim Adkins. Les jeunes frères de Tom Linton, Ed et Jimmy, se battaient constamment enfants....

Jimmy Nail is an English actor and pop/country singer (born March 16, 1954, Gleneagles Close, Benton, Newcastle-upon-Tyne). He is famous for his rugged looks, hit singles and a strong Geordie accent. King Diamond (Kim Bendix Petersen) est un chanteur de power/heavy/black metal né au Danemark en 1956. Sa renommée se repose sur la création du groupe légendaire Mercyful Fate en 1980 (d'ailleurs vus comme les précurseurs du Black Metal par plusieurs musiciens de la scène actuelle) et pour ses "corpse paint" (peintures et maquillages representant la mort... considérez simplement le corpse paint comme une peinture de guerre). Compositeur et chanteur d'un registre musical très sombre et morbide, il est néanmoins capable de performances vocales impressionantes. Diamond quitta Mercyful Fate pour s'orienter dans une carriere solo en 1985. .
