Agent Ribbons son Natalie Gordon (guitarra y voz), Naomi Cherie (violín) y Lauren Hess (batería), un trío de Sacramento adicto a los estribillos y culpable de canciones tan desaliñadas como encantadoras. Su música ha sido descrita como “punk victoriano” mientras que hay quien las imagina como unos White Stripes encerrados en el País de las Maravillas. Pero es música con reminiscencias al blues de los años cincuenta y sesenta, como una Nina Simone al frente de The Raincoats. .
Rosie Ribbons was a finalist on the Reality TV Programme 'Pop Idol', finishing in 6th place despite being an initial favourite to win - much like Pop Idol 2 6th place finalist, Roxanne Cooper. Issues in Rosie's private life affected her performances midway through the competition, and she was eliminated after her Christmas performance failed to win the public over. The eventual winner of the series was Will Young, now one of the UK's lead male vocalists.
After failing to wow the public Rosie signed to Telstar Records and released two singles 'Blink' which got to #12 and 'A Little...

1) Ribbons is a new project from multi-instrumentalist, composer, and producer Jherek Bischoff. He has had one of the more quietly prolific careers in the last decade of independent music.
