Vanilla Ice (Miami, 31 de octubre de 1967-) cuyo verdadero nombre es Robert Matthew Van Winkle es un cantante y bailarín de rap de Estados Unidos, conocido principalmente por la canción "Ice Ice Baby". Ha vendido más de 20 millones de discos a nivel mundial.
Historia
Primera etapa
Van Winkle tenía como representante a Jay King de Dallas, Texas, y gracias a él logra lanzar en 1989 su primer álbum denominado Hooked. Vendió alrededor de 48.000 copias, convirtiéndose en una rareza y en objeto de colección por sus seguidores.
Consolidación
