Mr.Children ミスターチルドレン (También conocidos como Misuchiru ミスチル) es una banda japonésa de rock, junto con B'z y Southern All Stars son las tres bandas con mas ventas de la historia de Japón en su genero.
El estilo musical de Mr.Children ha variado notoriamente con el tiempo, acorde al paso de los años, la banda ha pasado de componer música rock&pop con una tematica ligera e inocente a un rock más incisivo y psicodélico combinando estilos como el Jazz, Blues y el Rock de una manera sugestiva y muy tendiente al trabajo que hizo The Beatles en su carrera.

Banda formada en el año 1993 por el actual vocalista y guitarrista Alexi Laiho y el baterista Jaska Raatikainen bajo el nombre de Inearthed. Con Inearthed, todos los integrantes originales de Children of Bodom, excepto el teclista, que entró a formar parte del grupo cuando cambió el nombre, editaron sus primeros demos antes de fichar por la discográfica Spinefarm Records. El actual nombre proviene de un célebre crimen, aún sin resolver, ocurrido en el Lago Bodom en Finlandia en los años 60; cuando un atacante desconocido asesinó a puñaladas a tres jóvenes en medio de la noche.
