Roberto de los Ríos Reyes conocido musicalmente como Latin Fresh, es un reggaetonero panameño y artista Reggae en Español. Anotó éxitos nacionales en 1995, y recorrió el centro y sur de América en 1997. Realizó un contrato de tres a grabar para Sony Music, luego de firmar con Machete Music1 , una filial de Universal Music Group, con quien dio a conocer Plan Calle en 2006, un intento de entrar en el mercado de los EE.UU.
