Bonita is an Indonesian musician. Born in May 7 1977, Bonita grew up in a musical family. Her father (Koes Hendratmo) is a professional singer, and her mother (Herdawati) was also a jazz singer before she got married. Bonita grew up listening to music, singing, and practicing. Her big brother (who is also a musician and singer – Hendra Perdana) became her musical- partner in the family. Bonita’s first formal singing teacher was Yashir Syam.
