La banda está formada por Shuntaro (vocalista & guitarrista), Narumi (guitarra & vocal), Tasoko (guitarra), Makoto (bajo) y Yuki (batería).
Hello Sleepwalkers debutó el 5 de octubre del 2011 con el single “"センチメンタル症候群" (Sentimental syndrome).
Su primer álbum “マジルヨル：ネムラナイワクセイ” fue lanzado el 18 de enero 2012, y unos meses mas tarde su segundo single "円盤飛来" (Disk flying)
En el 2014, su tercer single "午夜の待ち合わせ" fue el opening del anime Noragami y su segundo...
