La historia de End of September empezó en 2009 en Suecia cuando el fundador de la banda Erik Tordsson empezó a escribir canciones. Se grabó una demo junto con la vocalista Victoria Sundberg (ex-cantante) y consiguieron un trato con Ulterium Records; pronto Victoria dejó la banda y es en el 2011 cuando encontraron a Elin Redin, actual cantante de la banda.

Silence of September is a new face on the great international rock-scene. With their massive sonic landscapes and energy bursts, one cannot help, but being sucked in. The debut-album, "Sleep of Reason", was released February 4th 2010, with the gigantic Warner Music as distributor. And this was only after a handful of concerts.
