Ernesty International was founded by Ernst Tiefenthaler in November 2007 when he recorded a couple of songs in the house where his grandparents had lived and where he had spent many summers as a child. International Orange was a short lived band from North Carolina featuring Robert Sledge of Ben Folds Five fame, singer/songwriter Django Haskins of The Old Ceremony, Snuzz of Bus Stop and Ben Folds, and the drumming of Jason Fagg. .
