Iron Butterfly es una banda de rock duro y psicodélico estadounidense, conocida sobre todo por su sencillo In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida. Su época de apogeo fueron los últimos años sesenta, pero la banda ha reaparecido varias veces con diversos miembros. La banda fue formada en 1966 en San Diego y lanzó su primer álbum, Heavy, en 1968.
