フェアリーズ (Fairies) is a six-member Japanese female idol/dance and vocal group formed in 2011 under Vision Factory, an Avex record division. Created as a new generation successor to SPEED, a popular dance group from the same agency, they have had intense training in vocal and dance lessons. Their first single, "More Kiss/Song For You" was released on September 21, 2011. They initially had seven members until Kiyomura Kawane graduated in January 2013. FAIRY FORE began as FIR~REFORLE in 1994. There were three members at the time: REI (vocals), YASU (bass) and YOKO (drums), as well as support member SYU (guitar). SYU left about six months after their first live, to be replaced by a series of support and full time guitarists. (AKIHIDE and JUN being the two most notable.)
