Die Idee für OSTFRONT entstand bereits 2006 mit dem Electroprojekt "OKUSA". Dadurch, dass sich Patrick über die Jahre sein eigenes Tonstudio aufgebaut hatte, besaß er nun die Möglichkeit Gitarren und Gesang selbst aufzunehmen. So entwickelte sich die rein elektronische Musik weiter in die Richtung der aktuellen krachenden Töne des neuen Projekts "OSTFRONT". Einflüsse von Bands, wie Rammstein, Prong, Ministry, Laibach etc. flossen mit ein, da der Berliner mit dieser Musik aufwuchs. The original band was Front Line, which played from March until November of 1982. The band was from Norfolk, Virginia, and the members were Jeff Clites on guitar, Ron Stullenbarger on bass, Rusty Floyd on drums, and Andre Ceniceros singing. Jeff was the leader and founder of the band. As a side note, if anyone out there knew Jeff, he died of a heart attack on March 28, 2002. Nordfront ist eine deutsche Rechtsrockband aus Hannover.
