Wolfert Brederode (* 1974 in Wassenaar bei Den Haag ) ist ein niederländischer Pianist und Komponist. Brederode studierte am Königlichen Konservatorium von Den Haag Jazzpiano. Er schloss sein Studium mit einem Masters Degree ab. Er ist unter anderem mit Susanne Abbuehl auf zwei CDs des Labels ECM, April und Compass zu hören. Er arbeitete u.a. mit Michel Portal, David Liebman, Claudio Puntin, Jarmo Hoogendijk, Samuel Rohrer, Harry Sokal, Erik Ineke, Christof May, Florian Zenker, Ack van Rooyen und John Ruocco. 2007 erschien, ebenfalls bei ECM, die CD Currents seines Wolfert Brederode Quartets mit Claudio Puntin, Samuel Rohrer und Mats Eilertsen....

The Well Of Sadness is born in 2002 by the will of Daniele Giustra. Daniele immediately begins recording his own demo material giving birth to “The Well Of Sadness ! demo cdr first, and afterwards releasing it on polish label Bunkier Production in 50 copies. In the meantime a new Bunkier Prod. compilation is released named “Songs From The Bunker” to which The Well Of Sadness participates with the song “Glances” from the first demo cd-r, along with other bands such as Der Feuerkreiner, Cold Fusion, Storm Of Capricorn, Ritual Front and many others. 2005 is a very productive year...
