Pura begins as a musical project in 2002 , with the purpose of having fun doing deephouse music, always thinking in doing live shows but more like a rock band attitude, taking drums, synths and guitar into stage (In Creamfields 03 in BA we brought a piano rhodes, 300Kg!!! insane). Progenie Terrestre Pura is a project born at the end of 2009 by the mental collision between Eon[0] and Nex[1]. Our purpose from the beginning was to combine Black Metal with electronic sounds and Ambient without stopping at the classic Black/Ambient combination, but trying to extend it by including more elaborate and layered electronic elements (an IDM approach and Psybient landscapes) capable of creating a new, different atmosphere in Black Metal music. Supuration, also known as S.U.P. (Spherical Unit Provided) is a progressive death metal / doom metal band from Wallers, France, formed in 1990. They changed names a few times over the years to reflect the change of topics tackled in their albums.
While Supuration delivers more powerful riffage and death metal-oriented material, S.U.P. displays more darkwave-oriented influences alongside doom metal.
