Voltio oder auch Julio Voltio, eigentlicher Name: Julio Irving Ramos Filomeno (* 11. Juni 1977) ist ein Rapper, geboren in Santurce (Puerto Rico). Eine auffällige und eine der am häufigsten zu hörenden Stimmen des Reggaetón. Sein Name „Voltio“ (und er nennt sich auch „El voltaje“) rührt daher, dass er vor seiner Karriere als Musiker Elektriker war.
