Die Band Versus Sunrise aus Nordrhein-Westfalen (Hochsauerland/HSK) gründete sich im Jahr 2003. Seit 2007 präsentiert sich die Band in folgender Formation: Jan (voc), Jörg (git), Felix (git), Patrick (bass), Stefan (drums). Bedingt durch eine personelle Neustrukturierung der Band in 2007, änderte sich auch der Sound der Band.
