MELO-M — a modern cello band, founded in 2005. The name of the band carries the love or even obsession with the music, because Melo-M is the short form of the Latin word melomania. The band performs in a classical-crossover style, using only cellos and drums in pop and rock compositions. In this music genre mainly act musicians with academic education, combining academic base or a sound of some instrument with the elements of pop, rock or even folk music.
